I am trying to remove the magnet from the ceramic setting without chipping or breaking it. Any help would be great.

Doesn't the UK have regular product recalls by its own manufacturers and food suppliers? What's behind the massive publicity?

The fridge is not new so I'm not sure what the problem is. It's so hard to open that the whole fridge starts moving forward and the door does not open.
